Returns and exchanges

Consumers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt without charges, subject to statutory exceptions and the item's condition. Exceptions include goods made to the customer's specifications that match those specifications. For defective goods, consumers may request an exchange or refund within 30 days. We resolve these requests without additional charges within one week of contact, refunding through the original payment method. Customisation does not remove rights concerning defects or non-conformity. Contact us with your order number, issue details and available proof of purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
